Using very detailed computer modeling we build your job in cyberspace, but it’s not just a pretty picture. Our models contain the detailed information required to actually build the building, beginning with the structure, architectural features, reflected ceiling plans, lighting and mechanical systems. We can look at areas that, before could not be seen until the building was built. This allows us to look for and find problems months in advance that might only appear after great cost in the field had been expended.

…Fitting the pieces together

Several years ago, I became acquainted with the term TRIMILATE.

It’s a word used by sheet metal mechanics to describe how they cut a fitting that won’t quite fit. It’s like putting together a jigsaw puzzle with a pocket knife. You can get by for a time, but those pieces you cut actually were supposed to go somewhere else.

Coordination is actually Proper Planning. We go to extreme lengths to insure that the various pieces fit together properly, insuring that they neither interfere with themselves or the building.
