We look at the challenge of building coordination from the prospective of the contractor. Our many years of involvement in heavy construction gives us a unique prospective on the total project. We understand your needs and anticipate your field problems.
Producing working drawings is the end result of a lengthy study; it is not the point of beginning.
After our model is built we can offer pre-fabrication spool details and drawings for any mechanical system in the model. These services are not part of the coordination and modestly priced separately.
Electrical cable tray and/or buss duct are also included in our model and review of space considerations. We are well versed in the National Electrical Code as it related to the service and clearance requirements of the various devices, panels and switch gear.
Fire protection systems are required by code, to be designed by certified designers working within the specification requirements of the project. This work is always undertaken by the Fire Protection Contractor and is necessarily excluded from our work. We will provide our documents to the Fire Protection Contractor for his coordination.
We work with the various contractors to insure proper coordination and installation.
